We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it- Unworn or unused- With tags attached (If tags are removed from clothing, we will not accept returns.)- In its original packaging- Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase

If your return is accepted, we'll send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if your item is:- Defective- Damaged- Incorrect

We will evaluate the issue and work to make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get what you need is to return your item first. Once your return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period

For orders shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason, without justification. Your item must meet the same return conditions listed above.

 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you if your refund is approved. If approved, we'll process the refund to your original payment method within 10 business days.
